Sleep-how important is it?

I recently read an article in our local newspaper that stated the average person gets five-six hours asleep a day! The President gets five hours a day! We recently did a show where I got five or less per day for 8 days. This is not who I am. I am an 8 hours of sleep a day women.

Since this show ended I have been sleeping as much as 10-11 hours at night! This is not who I am either. But my body plays catch up. I believe you can make up for the time lost!

When I sleep I am comfortable, cozy and happy!
